Great work! It has a feeling of comradry that seems to fit with the Hetalia series remarkably well.

I think most of my appreciation goes toward the colors. Orange is normally a very harsh color, but the tones and the soft brush-stroke texture you used made it a lot softer. Also, the use of purple for the shadows is great, it makes more for a realistic setting, since shadows on a figure usually are cooler colors.
