More Zutara. :heart: I'm such a sucker for this pairing, it's not funny anymore.
They are obviously much older in this picture (I'd say late twenties).

The title "Dreaming through the Noise" is taken from Vienna Teng's beautiful album with the same name, which I listened to over and over again while drawing and coloring this pic.

The outlines took extremely long this time. I tried to give the picture that feeling of those Chinese romance-martial arts movies (the ones where the actors, costumes and sceneries are so gorgeous that you hardly notice that the actual story makes no sense whatsoever). I don't know if I succeeded, or if it's just plain cheesy... xD

So. Darn. Gorgeous.

I feel that Katara's features are a little too spiky in this picture - her face was rounder and more cheerful-looking in Canon. I know that she's older, but even so - I imagine that she would keep a little of that youthful roundness throughout her life.

I love it! :D

I think I've already said this somewhere on DA, but Zuatara always reminded me of the movie "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. " The two older martial artists had such a strong love for one another, but it took them forever to realize it. And by then...*dramatic music* it was too late.
A depressing take on Zutara, but there it is.

This is beautiful. It's like a silent yet deep and passionate love between these two - I love Katara's hair and Zuko's.

Also - they just look beautiful together :)

It's the small things in life like this that make everything worth it...
