Yup, it's Zuko and Katara from that wonderful anime-ish cartoon "Avatar". I've been following that series for a while now, and it rocks.  All credits for the lineart go to the ever-awesome Redhead a.k.a ~tenleftthumbs, go here for the lineart.. I just slapped some color on it. And YAY for the Zutara pairing! (I guess everyone and their mother is shipping Zutara, which just shows how much of a lame mainstream shipper I really am. Ah well. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
